ASUS has just brought its high-tech device to the American consumer markets. Their new mobile phone, known as ZenFone 2 is already available on Amazon.
Asus is known as a top technology developer, releasing competitive products on worldwide markets and benefiting from wide user popularity. The Asus ZenFone 2 is provided with 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM, powered by an Intel Z3560 Processor. It sounds pretty much promising for the price you need to pay. The phone comes for only $199 but they released a high-end version too, marketed for $299. The more advanced Asus ZenFone offers 64GB of internal storage space and 4GB of RAM.
In terms of looks, the design is very slim and soft to the touch, with very delicate and slightly rounded edges. The smartphone has a 5.5 inch Full HD IPS display protected by Gorilla Glass 3, a 13MP rear-facing camera which embodies ASUS Pixel master technology, helping users with better quality in low light pictures. It also supports a 5MP front-facing camera with huge wide angle capabilities. This calls for some spectacular selfies!
This particular device is a very affordable piece of new technology, which comes with all the advantages a new smartphone should bring to the table. It embodies a high quality camera, a huge display and wide internal memory.
Also, it is an unlocked GSM device so it will work with both AT&T and T-Mobile networks. It actually works with all the other GSM carriers provided they support LTE bands 1,2,3,4,5,7. It supports dual sim and comes with a 3.000mAh battery. With a special charging feature you can use the ZenFone for 4 hours talk for only 10 minutes charging time.
LG has also announced the release of their G4 device, which comes in better looks maybe but for a much higher price also. ASUS remains the affordable choice for some extremely good features. The fact that works with a wide range of mobile carriers is also a great benefit and the charging feature that allows us to talk more with less battery power sounds pretty much fantastic.
The only downside could be the polycarbonate body, which maybe doesn’t look as good as metal on the backside of mobile devices. There are smartphones with similar prices and better design features on the market, so the guys from Asus could have done a better job in this area. Design is something that Asus needs to take into account for future releases, because we all know that a pretty image speaks a thousand words, beyond technical specs.
