Of course, there are more factors which should be studied before an official report would be released. However, this might be true.
There are a lot of people who run for an hour or eat a salad and then they go to McDonald’s. You can’t do and hope you will be healthier. Doctors are advising patients to move as much as possible. You don’t have to run all the time. You could go for a walk with your friends while enjoying a great day in the park.
Exercising is still very important. It helps you maintain a healthy weight and it also keeps you away from heart diseases. The researchers are saying that you should focus more on how much time we spend sitting in front of the computer while eating fast food and drinking soda. There is still more research to do. We do not know how much time should we spend exercising if we want to be healthier.
Another important thing would be other bad habits people have. If you exercise and then smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol, you should stop running. A healthy way of living implies leaving all your unhealthy habits behind, including too much fast-food, using medications too often or stressing about everything. Try and exercise more, it is the only way to be healthy.
