Facebook Releases Update to Sticker-Up Your Photos

February 20, 2015 by Daniel Austin Leave a Comment

Facebook has reportedly released an update meant to allow users to add stickers to their photos directly from the Facebook mobile app on either iOS and Android. Whenever one is uploading a photo on Facebook mobile, a new sticker icon will appear from now on. From there one has the choice of dragging the sticker anywhere on the photo. Moreover one can also change the size of the sticker according to his/her wishes and to also rotate it.

The update is available for both the iOS and Android apps. Whenever users begin the uploading process, just by pressing the new sticker icon, a range of possibilities.

Facebook released a sticker app last year, but only for Messenger. However people seemed to complain about the fact that they can’t use those cute stickers anywhere else. Their dream came true this Thursday with this great new app.

The sticker phenomenon began in Asia, with Line and other apps such as WeChat or Kakao Talk, and Facebook’s been inspired by them to go on with developing the sticker hysteria, which, by the way, is pretty effective.

So in case you want to really give this new app a try, just update the version of your Facebook for either iOS or Android to its latest release and start snapping, or sticking and then posting your personal creations for the delight of your devoted followers.

By coming up with a great number of appealing features, Facebook compels clients to spend additional time logged in, thus expanding its development range.

In a report  from Feb. 17th, Doug Anmuth, JPMorgan Chase & Co. examiner, referred to Facebook as the definite top choice for the year, the social platform offering some notorious solid items, such as Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. thinks of  Facebook as the best-placed web stock throughout the following three to five years due to its huge and constantly developing client base. In other words Facebook tries to take advantage of every opportunity so as to adapt the platform, as it gets more and more money for advertisements and promotions. As far as the last quarter is concerned, the organization’s income increased to $2.5 billion thanks to pays coming from its mobile advertising alone.
