A Japanese company has recently developed a humanoid robot which unveils new abilities. As humans sweat after doing physical exercise, this robot has the same ability. This robot’s body was established to work exactly as the human body. When you exercise, your body produces heat because of you very stimulated muscles. Some scientists from the University of Tokyo have developed a robot which sweats when it exercises. The robot was named Kengoro. It measures 1.7 meters, and it looks like a human being, except all the metal. What is more, this humanoid robot can do push-ups. Can you imagine this?
This Japanese team intended to create a robot which can develop the same physical capacities like any other individual. This thought determined them to realize that they need to build a cooling system for the robot to help it avoid over-heating. For us, perspiration represents our cooling system. The cooling systems which are used to help the robot could occupy valuable space inside the humanoid robot’s structure.
After doing some more research, experts have found a daring solution. They have thought that it’s better to develop a frame meant to become a deionized water distributor, instead of just attaching some water pumps able to cool down the robot’s moncler jacken system. Japanese scientists have built up a porous skeleton prone to distribute the water through the frame to prohibit the heat.
The lead author of the study called Toyotaka Kozuki argued that the robot is equipped with a frame to sustain forces. They have designed the structure with a lot of updates, like releasing heat, transferring water and supporting the forces, all at once.
But you may wonder what plays the role of skin for this robot. Well, specialists have designed a unique aluminum frame. Through the process of laser sintering, the metal is linked up by lasers, just like in the process of 3D printing. Was precisely this technology which permitted scientists to unveil a porous skeleton. Artificial Perspiration is meant to let release deionized water. The water which accumulates passes through the first skeleton’s layer to the next porous layer. From that level, the water will evaporate.
