Dutch scientists were amazed at the power of these hard fruits, based on a study that observed two groups of individuals, one of them having the usual meal diet, in which nuts and peanuts were not an item on the list. And, let’s be honest now, we rarely consume nuts and related, and we are blatantly unaware of their tremendous alimentary advantages.
