Population of Hawaii will be treated to a cosmic meteor shower. The Earth will pass through the orbital path of Comet Tempel-Tuttle. The Leonid Meteor Shower will start tonight, Thursday November 13 2014. The meteor shower occurs once in 33 years. As per the Bishop Museum, the Leonids were the cause of the most stunning meteor shower over Hawai‘i in recent times which occurred in 2001. The biggest meteor had occurred in 1966 with the Leo at its most radiant form.
