According to the official announcement of company, PS4 and PS Vita add “Hatoful Boyfriend” to their game database starting on July 21st. The unusual and highly contested game about avian love stories has been upgraded with many gaming options that are said to meet fans’ expectations and to attract more users.
PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita will soon feature a new game sequel for interested users. Mediatonic and Devolver Digital have released the 2015 version of the Japanese game “Hatoful Boyfriend” from producer Hato Moa.
According to PlayStation, fans will be able to purchase the sequel on July 21st, the release date of the game. They will, then, gain access to some of the newest game options delivered by creator Moa.
For those of you, who are not yet familiar with the subject of the game, “Hatoful Boyfriend” is placed in an apocalyptic scenario, where romances between birds and humans are possible and legal, actually. The protagonist of the game is a high-school girl, who lives in a bird-run society and falls in love with a pigeon. Once their love story begins, the darker side of the game gets uncovered to the player.
For those of you, who think there’s probably a mistake involved, yes, the game is centered on the love story between the human protagonist and a bird. That should come as no surprise, if you’re the least familiar with the Japanese Hentai pornographic artwork, where everything is possible as long as you breathe and THAT’s not always compulsory, either.
So I’m told.
We should probably get back now to PS4 and their “Hatoful Boyfriend” before I accidentally deliver a 100-page thesis on Hentai pornography. The game developer further stated that several updates have been brought to the game.
Players will now have the possibility to indulge in a new romance with pigeon-character Tohri, which includes new story paths, new gaming techniques and a different ending of the game sequel. PlayStation spokespersons have further added that players will be able to experience new rivalries between pigeons and even stalker characters, although it is not very clear to us what each and every one of them will do exactly.
There are mixed feelings involved when it comes to appreciating the Hato Moa game. Some presumably lonely players welcomed the news, arguing that there is a parodic side of the game that critics have missed. Others, on the hand, have labeled the game as a weird combination of human characters and pigeons and displayed little signs of interest.
