During one of their meetings, Trump together with Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX and the CEO of Tesla, have discussed possible partnership regarding Mars exploration.

Trump has also mentioned the Apollo program, discussing how the success back then brought everyone together in the 1960s. Some secure sources argued that Trump has expressed his interest in a Moon mission, supporting John F. Kennedy’s idea of sending an astronaut to the surface of the moon. It is surprising how the US is the only country which managed until now to plan a Mars mission and a new moon mission.
