Australia Wants to Have Its Independent Space Agency

Australia may develop its own space agency. Any nation bound to have a space program needs to be aware of the fact that it also has to supervise the orbiting assets it owns. The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) owns a monitoring station for deep space at Tidbinbilla in the ACT.
