News John Cena Death (Car Crash)

AND HIS NAME. IS. Well, you probably already know his name by now.

Whether we want it or not, celebrities are a huge part of our lives. People have started to take advantage of that for their own twisted amusement, and fake death announcements have become a pop culture norm. One of the victims of such a joke was a wrestler, so read on about John Cena and the dead celebrity prank trend.

  • John Cena used to be a Center for his college football team
  • The world renowned wrestler has a degree in exercise physiology
  • Harrison Ford is John Cena’s favorite actor, due to his very inspirational story
  • Surprisingly, “The Marine” star is huge anime fan – an otaku, if you will
  • He actually married his high school sweetheart, and they are happy together

Celebrities are such a huge part of our lives, in fact, that we actually feel like we’re going through life with them, and those of us still capable of doing so in this day and age actually tend to mourn them when they die.

Look, for example, at recent cases of dead celebrities – Lemmy Kilmister, David Bowie, Alan Rickman – to see how much of an impact a beloved star has on their fan populations when they die.

And then, these internet pranksters come in, with nothing better to do than to spread lies, and hope that they get as many fans as they can to believe that one of their favorite celebrities is dead.

Fake News: John Cena Dead (Car Crash)

John Cena, is a very good example, as hundreds of thousands of fans mourned his supposed death when a rumor that he died in a car crash last spring.

The internet troll used pictures from a car accident the wrestler had in 2012 to convince some people that John Cena had died.

And since rumors never moved as quickly as they did on the internet, multiple news sites took the rumors as real, and covered the still living man’s death in as much detail as possible, from the car he was supposedly driving to the authorities’ supposed investigation, and even to his alleged closes casket funeral.

Of course, the rumors of John Cena dead in car crash quickly died down, as the wrestler denied being dead, and everyone eventually moved on with their lives.

But this isn’t an isolated thing.

Many celebrities wake up one morning to find out that the whole internet thinks they are dead.

Such celebrities include Carlos Santana, Paul McCartney, Cher, Jackie Chan, and even Eminem.

This trend speaks volumes about the dark mental and emotional status some of our country’s denizens seem to be in, but also about the media’s immoral state and utter lack of professionalism.

With so many celebrities dying so far this year, be careful about what you read, and even more careful about what you believe.
