Hunter Hobbs’s New Year’s Resolution was to lose the extra pounds and get ripped 6-pack abs as soon as he could. After just four months, the results are stunning and documented in a timelapse video by Hobbs himself.
- On January 1st, the 24-year-old man was weighing 202 pounds.
- After 12 weeks of diet and exercise he was 42 pounds lighter and in top shape.
Over the 12 weeks, the man took a shirtless selfie every day, which he later used to create the timelapse video of his outstanding body transformation. Hobbs has recently shared his workout plan and diet with Menshealth.com.
The man posted the 55-second video on Facebook:

The Oklahoma man told Menshealth that the six-pack abs were not easily achieved.
He unveiled that he has always been a fit person, but for some reason he hit 202 pounds and a beer belly. It was the tipping point which required a change.
Hobbs Went “All Out”
The man said he made a promise to himself to go “all out” and stay committed to his workout plan and diet over the 12 weeks to see what happens. He combined his passion for photography and making videos to create “something really cool,” in the man’s own words.
His workout regimen to get those 6-pack abs was not simple. He started by heavy lifting at the gym up to six times per week. After five weeks he changed the workout plan, upping the intensity. After lifting, he did cardio for at least 20 minutes.
I did a lot of incline on the treadmill, maxing out the incline and walking at about four miles per hour,
Hobbs said in the interview.
When he got tired of the treadmill he went for the Stairmaster. You can read more about Hobbs’ workout plan and diet on Menshealth.com
