Apple Has Conquered China
During the entire winter months, the iPhone 6 has been the best selling smart phone from China and in just three months sells have shown a growth from 9.5 percent to 10.2 percent.
Statistics have shown that iPhone 6 Plus was placed on the third possession in China as the best selling phone, after the Android phone from Xiaomi, RedMi Note which was on the second position. The two brand new iPhone models, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and older Apple phones have been selling like warm bread in China and pushed Apple right on the first place, with a total market share of 27.6 percent.
Reports released by China Mobile, which is the largest mobile carrier in the entire world, have shown that the Apple smart phones occupied the market with 59% of sells in China out of which 10.2 % was taken by the iPhone 6. China mobile has brought the iPhones to the country after Apple did an intense campaign of creating deals with three big Chinese mobile carriers.
China is the world’s biggest market for phones in the entire world and has a number of users of up to 520 million. China is not the mains selling point just for iPhones but also for other smart phone producers. This just shows what a great impact the iPhone 6 and iPhone6 Plus have had on the Chinese mobile market.
The top smart phone brand in China, Xiaomi(a local brand) has been holding the supremacy on the market and their main marketing approach was to attract people with great deals and phones at very convenient prices.

Chinese people have shown a great interest for Apple devices, ever since the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have been released on the market, and this interest has been extremely visible even during the Chinese New Year, explained Carolina Milanese the lead researcher from the Kantar Worldpanel.
iPhone Sales Are Growing Worldwide
China hasn’t been the only place where Apple smart phones have had the first word to say when it came about sales. For example in UK, before Samsung released their brand new models, Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, the Galaxy S5 sold much better and this Samsung smart phone became the second best selling model, right after the iPhone 6, explained Dominic Sunnebo, unit director at Kantar Worldpanel.
Kantar reports from February have released the countries where the iPhones shares went up and these were: Australia went up to 38.5%, in the UK to 38.6%, in China to 27.6%, in France it rose to 21.6% in Italy at 17.5%, in Germany the iPhone has shown a growth to 17.4% and Spain is last place, where the iPhone grew to 8.7%.
However, there have been two countries where the sales have decreased a few percentages, in Japan it went down to 49.8% and in the United States to 38.8% compared to 39.3% during the same time a year ago. But this hasn’t stopped the iPhone from being also in the United States, the best selling smartphone.
