Is it a case of Stockholm syndrome? The New Hampshire teen kidnapped last fall knew the name of her captor but did not reveal the name of her captor until one week after her release from captivity.
Abigail Hernandez was kidnapped nine months ago but returned mysteriously home this summer. She revealed to her mother that she knew who her captor was and found the name of her captor from a cookbook he handed to her when she was held captive. This was revealed in the court papers which were released. Hernandez had waited for one week before she revealed the name.
The documents pertaining to the kidnapping was released on Wednesday in response to a motion which was filed by the Associated Press to unseal the arrest warrant affidavit against Nathaniel Kibby.
Hernandez, 15, denied that she was ever in contact with Kibby before the kidnapping.
Kibby was taken into custody on July 28th a week after Hernandez reappeared. Kibby has been charged with kidnapping and remains in custody.cialis reaction time
