It’s that time of the year when the prices become a bit gentler, and Black Friday at GameStop is packing with console discounts that would be tempting for most gamers.
- Black Firday sales will start on November 27th
- Both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will arrive with discounted prices by $50
- Gamers will also be getting ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ at $30
- Other sales include pre-owned last-gen consoles, games, peripherals, figurines, and collectibles
Starting on November 27th, this year’s Black Friday will arrive with a few slashes in prices, at least according to the leaked ad from the famous online store. It’s composed of 12 pages of great deals and overall gaming goodness. Gamers could be taking advantage, at least to be prepared for the winter releases with a high-performing hardware.
A few bundles, consoles, peripherals, and games will see a decent cut in their price tags. With PlayStation 4 and Xbox One going head to head for the better part of the year, this could prompt to turning the competition up on its head. For the majority of 2015, PlayStation 4 has stayed in the lead for the most part.
However, Xbox One took the reins when Microsoft released ‘Halo 5: Guardians’. Once again, those numbers might change during the November sale, and the incoming holiday deals.
Both consoles are offering tempting deals on two major bundles. Xbox One will be fronting their 500GB console paired with ‘Gears of War: Ultimate Edition’, while PlayStation 4 will be countering with the similar 500GB offer with ‘Uncharted Collection’. The latter may prove itself just a bit more tempting considering it includes three Nathan Drake games ahead of the last and fourth installment of the franchise releases in 2016.
Both bundles will have their prices slashed by $49.99, which will drive them down at $299.99 for this holiday’s deals. The GameStop discounts might just be forcing other big brand names, such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, or Walmart to start cutting down on their prices as well. So, it’s good to keep an eye out.
The leaked ad also promises an amazing discount to what is considered one of the best games of the year, ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’. The $49.99 normal tag will be brought down to $29.99, which should be good news for those who haven’t tried the open-world game yet. If anything, it will arrive as a bargain, and there are many more suggested to be offered at the same price.
Peripherals will also come at a smaller cost. The Lunar White Controller, the limited edition for Xbox One will be cut down to $49.99 from $64.55. The sales will further include other games and gadgets, such as headsets, controllers, figurines, or a few other collectibles.
The winter will bring forth a few games that built up hype for games, including ‘Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege’, ‘Just Cause 3’, ‘Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends’, and ‘Trackmania Turbo’. This year’s Black Friday could be an opportunity to prepare for them.

It’s one thing to collect games, often at $60 a pop, but now every gamer wants to newest console, which has to be 500GB minimum. Last Black Friday and then on Cyber Monday, I shopped the website called FlatGadget.com
for Christmas presents. They review the best prices on the things that are the
best gifts each Christmas and then they also review user ratings before
including the item on their site. I think it makes shopping a lot easier.
