Smart watches are beginning to enter mainstream, and Samsung Gear S2 is on the horizon with a high-tech wearable that is the first rounded wrist accessory released by the South Korean company.

The upcoming Samsung Gear S2 sets out to improve upon its past models. And, more importantly, it arrives with the exceptional feature of working with other smartphones that are not developed by Samsung themselves. This particular function has been long awaited.
Like any other smart wrist wearable, the gadget will enable the user to receive notifications, messages, and texts, along with both Bluetooth and WiFi support.
It will perhaps not stand out of the bunch through its power, but it might in terms of functionality and design. Samsung Gear S2 will be powered by a dual-core 1 GHz processor, 512 GB of RAM, 4 GB of storage, on a circular 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display.
The upcoming smart watch will also be running on Samsung’s own operating system, TizenOS, instead of Android wear. However, that should not be followed by any worries. The device will work perfectly with smartphones of all types, which is essentially one of its biggest draws.
At a simple turn of the wrists, users will be able to send texts, track fitness, or make payments through the dust and water repellant wrist gadget. The Samsung Gear S2 will arrive with a sleek and rounded design, in silver-and-white or the classic black. The watch faces will be entirely customizable and the rotating bezel will allow for swift and easy app control.
The battery is said to last up to 3 days after typical usage, which is decent in terms of smart watches, and can be wirelessly enlivened through a charging dock.
Samsung Gear S2 is now available for pre-order, but interested users will still have to wait a little while longer before it arrives.
Verizon customers will be able to purchase it the quickest, with the high-tech gadget set to release on November 6th, for $349.99. However, potential buyers can acquire it for $299.99 if they add a 2-year contract, by paying $5 more per month.
Customers of T-Mobile will have to wait just a little while longer. The Samsung Gear S2 will be released on November 15th, for $359.99, where they will be able to call, tweet or text to their heart’s desire. The additional $5 per month cost will arrive with unlimited data, talk and texts.
Or users will be able to purchase the Samsung Gear S2 with no existent data plan, but it will cost them $15 per month.
